We will develop a full set of construction documents based on the ideas and requirements of our client.  We review different construction methods, products and their cost with the client so they can make realistic informed decisions on how the home is to be built for their needs. 
 

Customer Provided Home Plans:

We can also develop a set of construction documents from plans and / or sketches that the client has provide to us. Weather it is a plan that has been sketched on piece of paper or a full set of document that you would like to modify, we can produce the documents you need to build your new home. 
 

Complete Drafting Service:

If it just plans that you need we can help also. Edwards Custom Homes LLC will provide the client with all the drawings requested and / or necessary to assist you with your construction needs 
 

Complete Cost Estimating:

Edwards Custom Homes, LLC will furnish the client with a complete cost estimate for their new home based on the plans and specifications provided.  Cost estimates will be a complete “turn-key” summary (excluding the land), which will include the hard building cost, Owners budgeted allowances and a grand total for the project.
